1. Telephone booking and site investigation;
2. Understand customer needs and plan design;
3. Communicated and modified the scheme, and finalized the design scheme;
4. Understand the client's budget, material, decoration level and project budget;
5. Communicated with and confirmed the budget, signed the decoration engineering package contract;
6. Prepared construction plan and construction schedule, produced construction drawings and produced effect drawings as required;
7. Provide the complete set of drawings required for the declaration of fire engineering, and provide the official seal and company information to assist in the declaration procedures of fire engineering;
8. Handle construction entry formalities at the property management office according to the fire control approval;
9. The client, designer and construction personnel shall submit and confirm the on-site plan, and the construction shall be started completely;
10. Customers, designers and relevant quality control personnel of all stages shall supervise the whole process to ensure that the project is completed in a high quality as planned;
11. Make good records of project changes, additions and modifications, and check the customer, company quality inspection and property related personnel after completion;
12. Assist in handling fire control declaration and acceptance, project handover and property exit procedures;
13. Deal with the project settlement procedures, issue the project warranty card, and provide the entire warranty service.
